Put meter in DC mode and red lead to + black to -. Should read at least 12.5 or so.

Starter failure on 200s will usually be accompanied by a click as the solenoid activates. The failure is almost always the solenoid contacts not bridging current.. even if they do try to activate.

OP is there a click from the passenger side of the engine right as you hit the start button?

It seems as though your immobilizer needs to be reset. Not sure how to do that in a 200. Maybe try pushing the unlock button on the FOB several times? It's probably in the owners manual.

put the dial on DC voltage as shown, hold the red probe to + battery terminal, black probe to - battery terminal.

What were the circumstances of the dead battery you replaced? Were you having starting problems?

The battery can have enough power or just good enough connections to light the lights, but not enough oomph or good enough connections to activate the starter solenoid. Jump starting attempt and/or cleaning terminals are good ideas and easy to do first

That is a little low but should be more than enough to start the vehicle. It's probably a matter of just resetting the immobilizer.

On a related topic, did you specifically ask for AGM? The factory charging system is not ideal for charging AGM batteries. Most people that use AGM batteries understand the tradeoffs using AGM vs flooded lead acid.

Your car needs to be in Park. See if you can cycle down to drive then back up to Park, I believe thats what you display was saying put it in park it won't start in gear.

It’s what the guy at autozone reccomended.
I can swap it out for a lead battery tomorrow. Now that I’m an expert at connecting the battery lol.

if it doesn’t think it’s in park you need to change it’s mind.
Double push start button. Then push brake and shift up and down. The push start again to turn off and then start as normal

Try closing all doors and hood and locking the doors with the FOB. Wait a minute or two. Then unlock with the FOB (press unlock a few times for good measure). Try to start the vehicle.

Does this have an aftermarket alarm / immobilizer?
