Try closing all doors and hood and locking the doors with the FOB. Wait a minute or two. Then unlock with the FOB (press unlock a few times for good measure). Try to start the vehicle.

Does this have an aftermarket alarm / immobilizer?

no aftermarket alarm

ok just did that
It says “shift to p range” In the dashboard and is beeping ?!! Then back to lights no turnover when I try to start
It's telling you that it won't start because it doesn't think it's in Park. Now that I may have muddied the water? Try Neutral?

The indicator light is flashing when the ignition is OFF. Does it stop flashing when the ignition is in ACC or ON (by pushing the Start button once or twice without foot on brake)? If it is still flashing it seems it doesn't recognize the FOB. Can you try another FOB?

same result with both fobs

nada

Can you have someone try to start it while you check battery voltage to see how far it drops?

so flashing in OFF, ACC and ON correct? Does not stop flashing at all?

If it were me I think I would do this:

Cycle all 4 door actuators manually - lock, unlock, lock, unlock.
Close all doors making sure they are unlocked.
Press unlock on the FOB a few times.
With all doors closed and unlocked, disconnect the battery again for several minutes.
Reconnect, make sure terminals are tight.
Check if immobilizer light is flashing.
Turn ignition to ACC or ON to see if light stops flashing.
Make sure the instrument display shows the vehicle is in P and there are no warning messages.
Put foot on brake and try starting vehicle.

Have you tried using jumper cables yet?
If you do use jumper cables...and it still won'f start, it would eliminate the battery as the culprit.

Look at all connections in the battery cable. Loosen, clean and tighten any extenders, bolts, nuts, etc.

If you have not yet scraped out/cleaned the terminal posts and clamps with a wire brush, do it. Poor connections can often power small lights, etc. but have load problems for major draw of the starter when contacts are iffy or fouled.

did you try holding the FOB directly on the start button (leaving a small space for your finger to push the button)? I had to do that after a battery swap.

That sounds like a good idea. Another thing, kinda rock the truck forward a little to make sure it's in park.

Another clue :
Look at the battery reading
I will try to jump it this morning
And then clean the terminals

The key lock button is blinking .... even in accessory mode with the lights on !

but no click click click sound?
You may need more juice with a jump.

Think you need more juice. Even a trickle charger would help.
If you can't jump it pull the pos cable off for a while it might help but won't hurt. Put a rag between the cable and battery so they don't touch.
