Looking for anyone that has a CB or scanner with NOAA weather band function. Hoping to get either that will fit as a single DIN unit below an aftermarket single DIN head unit. Maybe a handheld CB unit? Searched around on the internet a bit. Pics? Basically I want a CB, scanner, and weather radio. Trying to get two in one. Thanks.

You may want to check the "Electronic Toys" sub-forum, here on 'mud for more specific info.

Got a 75 wx. Need to install still, has NOAA stations. Box mounts wherever, mic is whole radio.

I think your looking for the Amazon.com: Cobra 18WXSTII 40-Channel CB Radio: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41RjiZqGeGL.@@AMEPARAM@@41RjiZqGeGL
Looks like this

you can place it in the bottom din slot but from what i've read you need an adapter for the antenna(too shallow).

You're not going to find any unit that combines a CB transmitter, scanner and a weatherband receive capability.

You can get a CB transmitter with weatherband radio.

You can get a scanner that will receive weatherband and receive CB, but it won't transmit on CB.

Most CBs won't fit a single DIN or the ashtray location. If you find a writeup here (there are several such threads IIRC), then use the radio specified or you may find that it won't fit.

Some scanners, including the top end Uniden mobile trunking scanners, can be installed in a single DIN mount location. I haven't done that in our 80, but installed one in a Tuffy console's single DIN location. I suspect that this would also work in the dash in an 80 in concert with a single DIN audio head unit in the other slot. YMMV

While we are in this topic, I also interested to install CB in my rig.

My question since i am first time to have these CB, do i need to get permission or something like license maybe? to have CB operate in the rig?

No license required for CB. The FCC still has rules, but enforcement is --- sporadic.
