Can't imagine that you run into any snow there, but I've heard that the General Grabbers AT2 work even better than the BFG TAs in it. I've also seen some good writeups on it. Good luck.

I can vouch for this. Bought a set of these for my last Tacoma and they were great in the snow and wore incredibly well. I'll be buying another set for my doublecab when the current BFG rugged trails wear out. I have BFG A/T's on my FJ40 but I think the next tire I will run on it will be the new General Grabbers. Kind of halfway between an AT and a MT.

Go with the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs!! I have the 315/75r16's on my 1999 Dodge 1500 and they do great in anything! I have about 5000 miles on them now and they make very little to no noise on the pavement. Fourwheeler mag just reviewed them as the best all around tire available out of 30 some odd offroad tires. I am completely happy with them and I will be buying another set for the crusier when the tires on it wear out.
