need help with engine wiring harness connectors

i almsot have my engine harness disconnected at the starter area except for two connections i cannot get to unlock,the 2 round ones i cannot seem to be able to separate and i am not sure how they unlock.
eating my banana's and paying homage to several things deep in the engine bay,PHH and such.
if any of you guys have done or are thinking of doing the PHH replace the neighbor as well,mine separated with a slight tug when i was moving it to gain access to the knock sensor,ohh and ego tube.

Push them together and then lift the blade/tongue with a small screw drive pick

Thank you i was going about it all wrong,i was pushing the tab down and trying to pull apart.

Got the smaller one unhitched the larger one is still being uncooperative.

Push them like you are putting them together and do it a couple times they do come apart

Thanks for your help got everything unplugged no i am praying to the gods of brittle and broken wires and offering squishy banana's i dont mess any wiring up.
Looks like it has been removed in the past at some point.
Time to clean and inspect and pay homage to the phh its neighbor and the egr tube.

I am going to have to get hooked up with the fsm,get it squared awy for easy acess on my ipad.
