Need help identifying this rear spoiler on a Japanese 80 Series (1 Viewer)

These are screen shots from a YouTube video I was watching. I like the look of this rear spoiler. It seems to have 2 adjustable flaps towards the center. Anyone seen this before?

Yes it was a Toyota optional part in other markets. It has been long gone. I have one sitting on the shelf. About the only place you are going to find them is in Japan or on JDM imports.
