Hi Mud,

The part # is 77201-60311, dual filler neck. CruiserParts said they'd try to source it but haven't heard back from them yet so wanted to see if members/vendors have a source. For a 97 US petrol 80.

Thanks!

The upper part that the guy's hand is holding is what I need. Have the bottom grey part.

Funny that looks different from what I had from their site when I was looking for one.

Thanks for posting that, yeah it does look different - but that one you got looks like it does the same job? Maybe there's a year difference?

I'll take any version that works, the shop cut the original filler neck during the sub install, everything else is in - but the truck can't leave the shop on its own until we get this part...

Beno?
He might be able to find this one.
When you do find it, please post up current cost, source and delivery time.

Ok, thanks for the contacts - putting the requests out and will follow up with any updates and full details...

Occasionally see them on Australian eBay site.

It isn't cheap. The zinc plated one just like the photo was around $300-350 if memory serves me right.
Wow. Thanks for the heads up. Fingers crossed I can source one cheaper than that...

The one in the Cruiserparts pic is the right one for the 94-97 80's...exactly what I am running in my rig. What you need to confirm with them is

  1. Do they actually have it in stock?
  2. Does it have the unleaded restrictor?
  3. Can they send you the picture of the item for confirmation?
  4. What other related parts do they have on hand for the complete assembly?
Also there are a bunch of levers, springs, and clips that will be needed in addition.

As others said, if you can find a good used one, go for it.

There is a slight difference in some of the Sub tank parts between diesel and unleaded. This option was mainly available overseas, and those rigs were mainly diesel.

Ouch. From CruiserParts.

In stock, just spoke with them by phone, paid for it by paypal during the call, and it is shipping out today. Also purchased the gasket and installation kit (hardware). We already have all of the other items (levers, springs, clips) from the main sub tank order.

Somehow we missed ordering this item when we ordered the sub tank and installation parts from them in July. Bummer, because they only wanted $99 for it when we got the PDF quote from them two months ago :(. Asked if they would honor the original price they quoted in July, unfortunately they wouldn't.

Thanks all for your help mudders, really appreciate the support in these forums.

When I got mine it was from our Canadan parts guru on mud. @Akella

Mine also came from Akella ~$350 shipped

You want the filler where the outlets come out horizontal not at an angle. Makes running the filler hose 1000X easier.

Thanks, I'll make sure to let the guys at the shop know.

Wow, that is quite the price hike from OEM to used?!
