Oh what the heck I'll post them now.

It mounts through the factory holes in the frame horns by punching out the inside and then putting a tube in it. The stupid factory bumper mounts were removed. They were really cheesy. And then it mounts with the 14mm bolts in the bottom of the frame for the recovery points. It is plenty stout. And there is plenty of room for as big of a winch as you'd need for a 100.

The recovery points run parallel to the frame and are sort of boxed in by the wings. They are plenty stout.

The lights are 4" Hella Optilux with built in adjusters. They are pretty cool they adjust by turning 10mm head bolts. Right now they have 55 watt bulbs in them. I might switch to something else though. They seem yellow compared to my regular headlights.

Eric! Dang, that looks great, man, I love the bar work, especially the way the bar tapers to follow the grill line. Love the lights, I can wait to see the final product!

I'm still trying to figure out the tube for the lights to mount on. I don't want to mount them upside down as it would make it top heavy. I'm thinking 1" tube bent backwards and then following the lower grill line. I'm trying to leave the winch opening as open as possible. My paint drawing isn't very good in the second photo. I needed thicker lines.

It isn't even on the truck right now :( I need to get it painted. I also need to work on the headlight washers. I found the nozzles I want to use tonight. So the fabbing begins all over again. I should have taken pictures of that beautiful sibling while it was still here sitting in a nice coat of flat black primer.

hey Gineric, can you share on the nozzles? I wouldnt mind putting a pair on my truck myself. Are you setting up an external system or are you hooking it into the original windshield system?

Loud, not sure if you know but there is an OEM headlamp washer set-up on the Canadian spec 100's. The washers are ugly but you can take a look at the set-up and how it's plumbed.

I'm using 80 series hood washers for the nozzles, but any nozzle should be able to be used if they are adjustable. I'm countersinking them into the deck I think. That way if I step on the bumper I'm not ripping them off. I'm using a 60 series washer tank. I've not decided how to do the wiring yet. On my 60 it is wired so that when the headlights are in the on position and you hit the windshield washers it hits the headlights too. I need to find a momentary switch if I'm going to wire it up separately and that is going to prove to be tough to blend in with the factory switches. I've actually been considering a row of aftermarket switches right in front of the shifter, but I'm anal when it comes to switches and haven't found any I'm in love with yet.

Eric,
Will your builder be interested in fabbing more just like your's? Will he need the rig there to fit it properly or did he make templates and take detailed measurements from your's?

Email him and ask him vorfab@clearwire.net He has templates. I know he'd need a rig to do the initial mock up on to make sure everything bolted up to the frame correctly.

Although not a great photo here is the end result for mine minus the winch. It is having some difficulties. I can't get it to free spool. I also need to get a steel hawse fairlead. The roller works OK but it is so bulky. I have an aluminum hawse for when I go synthetic but I have a lot of other things sucking money (2 Cruisers is a PITA) that I have a greater need for.

Also, here is a Taco rear bumper he did. Not the best photo, but you can get the idea. I can't find any pictures of the 80 series bumpers he's done. The next time I'm on the trail with one I'll have to get some photos. This Taco was cut a whole bunch to get the rear bumper to protect the remaining bed. It is a beautiful truck. I'd trade my 100 for it in a heartbeat.
