I see what you mean. I believe this little Hella will work. Headed to the desert soon and want to have some thing in place in a few days. At the very least like you said a solidly connected wire between the positive battery terminal and F would get me home correct? Thanks.

Can you please post the immobilizer part number?
89780-60220 located way up against the firewall. Picture of it just to the right of the of the right duct after you pull out the center unit in the dash.

I think I need one as well. Does this basically ensure that I don't need the transponder or whatever disables the ignition? Trying to eliminate as many of these fail points on my LX as possible as I spend alot of time in the mountains

The security light blinks while engine cranks. I'm going to jump A --> F tomorrow just to make sure. (Done! Confirmed start.)
