Wheelingnoob, nice job on your bumper. Really like the corners

Lines on the wings flow better than most all I've seen. Nice work.

Edited: Didn't see Otamiway's prior to posting verbatim, so x2.

Thanks, I have to admit that was the most time consuming part of the design. I spent 4-5 nights working on them trying different widths of metal till I found one that worked the way I wanted it. I did have a slight bit of metal warping on the wings when I did the final welding but they are still in the correct area with a 1/4" drop towards the wheel opening.

I trimmed the wheel openings so I would be able to stuff 37's at a later date.

Started playing around with the Jerry can holder.

Tail lights still visible from behind.

Still have good departure.

This frame was just for mock-up and does not represent what it will look like when done other than its position.

That is an outstandingly SWEET bumper you fabbed up - welds are clean and strong. The wings look better than most I have seen!!
Your work is simply inspirational. Keep up the great work:clap::clap::clap:

Thanks a lot.

The build look incredible, nice clean lines, weld are looking solid (always impressed with guys that can weld), I only have one question. Since you live in BC right up North of me, are you going to put drain holes for eliminate water pooling in your wings going from your frame rail up to the side protection area? Do you feel that is a concern at all? Killer job!
Also, how much do you have into the build so far?

I do plan on putting a couple holes in the lower part of each wing but at this point I have not really had any water pooling issues in there. I took it out wheeling a few weeks ago and had not issues with mud/trail grit build up as well so I'm not sure its needed. I have attached mud flaps and a few inner fender deflectors to keep stuff from feely being shot off the tire in there. I'll keep this updated over the winter and report if I find I need to put a couple holes in it.

I really like your rear wings and how they look over all following the body lines.
I was wondering what the spacing is under the body line on your rear wings from the tail light forward.

That just looks great.....................whats your plans about the OEM bumper wings (end caps) ?

i think whats hes asking for is the plastic endcaps that was on your stock bumper.(bolt to rear frame and rap around to the bottom of the flares.)
