yes we did sneak by with one yesterday....... we were very very lucky; you know it is a down year in the acc when clemson and vt are competing for 3rd place :hillbilly:

Or maybe it says something about a couple of up and coming programs! Look out for VT the next couple of years! We start 3 freshman and 3 others get significant mins each game!

Maybe the teams will see each in the tourney and the Hokies can get some revenge! ;)

Did you get your Issues fixed?

Mine? Nope, not yet. The first issue will be the fuel delivery issue, then the oil leak.

I narrowed the fuel issue down to NOT being the carb. I had a neighbor over that used to own a '77 FJ43 for a long time when he lived in Saudi Arabia (he was drooling, and glad I kept the 2F. He checked the carb sight glass and informed me that the bowl was slow to fill, especially when I asked for me. I'm thinking a clogged filter or an obstruction in a fuel line - I have two tanks that had sat for a lonnnnng time. If so, either is an easy fix.

I took my neighbor for a quick drive, and only made it about 600ft out my driveway. To get back, I had to use 1st,Low,Low (150+:1 crawl ratio:cool:) at idle to get back up my driveway. I took a long time! But it worked without stalling.:D

I have to wait until after the 25th now, as I'm off to Memphis in the morning to go back to work.

Nice 40. I have the same fuel delivery issue on my 77. Haven't had the time to get it worked out yet, I'll be watching to see what your fix is. The filter is the first place I am going to check out on mine.

Filter, fuel lines, tank, fuel pump! Gotta be one of those for me!
