Over the next few months I will be build my Gx. This going to be a BLAST!!! The Rig has H11 LED's in the headlight housings, Volant intake, Custom Sliders. Within the next week I will post full pictures of the finished product along with aluminum Color coded fender flare caps.

I found a fabricator in Tempe. Let me know if you want his number. I am taking them to Rhino lining tomorrow.

Actually i Am working with one shop they been very nice let me hang out as long as i want they are the one that made me those rock slider now trying to build front pumper with winch without adding 200 pound of weight to it .

This guy does Aluminum! He says he can duplicate anything that we take him a picture. of. Bumper shouldn't weigh more than 50lbs. DECREASING weight. My issue is that I NEED the bumper to match the stock fender flares perfectly. He says he can do it

It is called WellMade Manufacturing .did you see My thread (rz470 rock slider) they made those rock slider in two version of short and long i wanted them to be bolt on instead of weld on and also tested to see how much weight it can take .if you design what you want they will make it couple of very talented people and have painter also which does killing paint jobs

Rz470 I check out that post. Those are AWESOME! He said it would be 150 to 200 for the flare covers. I will post the product through the fabrication process.

Valeo175 are you going to install the new suspension your self ?

Yes. Happy to help you out as well. I ordered the metal tech lower spring perches yesterday.

Truck looks great, I have a silver '04 GX myself! Could you provide more info on the LED headlight bulbs? Where did you get them, how much difference from stock, etc?
