Looking at my Calander a bit and it seems like holidays conflict with a bunch of club dates. Just a thought here but maybe we should switch our club wheeling to the 2nd saturday of the month.

Second Saturdays generally work for me, also.
Second week of the month is at least as good as the third week in the month for me. I do see that it would get us a bit further away from the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Generally speaking, no problem for me although in the second weekend of October I'll be in new Hampshire at the Fall Gathering.
While this is brewing, I request that we please, please make one common thread called Monthly Wheeling where we can subscribe and stay subscribed.
This way we don't have to subscribe to every new wheeling thread, but get notified when the thread is updated.
We can post our pics, and have one place to look back at the trips and reports...

Sounds like a good idea to me. Maybe a second thread for other wheeling events.

I'm afraid I am out for either weekend. My wife works this weekend so I have the kids, and I am backpacking the following weekend.
I've only been to each place once. Rausch is a smidge closer, and I enjoyed the trails there better but that may be because we didn't hit the right trails at anthracite.
I'm in New Hampshire this coming weekend for the Fall gathering.

I did not realize the event I was at this past weekend was rescheduled. It has always been the same weekend as the Fall Gathering. I want to hit it next year. Some of the videos I've seen are GNARLY!
