Hi all,

We are looking to purchase some Harbor freight items for our annual raffle.
I was leaning towards a rolling service cart for the garage

quite popular on garage journal

Another item would be socket labels, not by harbor freight, but others on ebay.

That being said, what are the best things for the truck/trail or good for the garage from Harbor freight?

Thanks,

I have a set of Pittsburgh sockets with standard and Metric that has held up really well, came with 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 drive, keep in the truck. Also have a set of metric open/closed wrenches from Harbor Freight that get the job done. Me personally, I could REALLY use a short rolling stool for working on wheels/hubs and such. It sucks being bent over on the ground trying to work for a long time. I also buy my rubber hammers from harbor freight, the rubber eventually chips away (long time), but great value for the amount of use.

Brass drifts/punches for taking out cone washers.

I have 3 of these and use them a lot

This style of swivel head ratchet is practically the only ratchet I'll ever use. I have Snap-on version for my main tool box, and put the HF in my car tool kit. Snapon is nicer, no doubt, but the HF versions are pretty decent. I also have the same in 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 drive. By far the best ratchet idea in the history of ratchets IMO:

Other smaller items I use often are the $1.99 red ear muffs. I probably have 4 pairs around the garage and they work great. I also use magnetic parts bins.
