Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Hey guys, I have a lead (neighbor) about to sell his white 2010 LC with 80k miles. I'm a 100 series guy, but can't pass this up. My wife would be quite happy with it ;) What is the FAIR price, and what's a GOOD price, and what is the PASS price? Thanks! Assume its been properly maintained.
Just my opinion: There are 2013's w/ 100k in very nice shape for low-mid 30's ($32k - 35k). I prefer the 2013+ with updated lights and screen. For a 2010 w/ 80k from a private seller, depending on condition, would be around $30k.

29-33K is probably the range you are looking at. No telling in this market though, I've been seeing some high numbers lately, especially on the LC.

Thanks. I read a write up on 2011 vs 2013, and dstantdog recommended the 2013+. I'm not "in the market" to shop and buy a 200 series. I'm just going to snap up a good deal on a known quality rig if I can. That said, is the 2010/pre-2013 going to be a bit disappointing? I know that I much prefer the 2006/2007 100 series for engine power.

I never sat in one, but I don't think there is any reason you would be disappointed. Exact same power train as 2013-2015. 6-speed is proven and smoother than 8-speed in 2016+. Fewer electronics to break. Also possible to delete nav and replace HVAC controls with all physical buttons. Ventilated seats are meh, they have nothing on properly cooled seats in my CTS-V. Radar cruise-control is nice, I like it, but could live without it, I think. Headlights may not be as good, but I have no experience. Interior color choices? I don't like anything but black, and it sounds like more of 2008-2011 come with light colored interiors?

I'd say 2013-2015 is probably the sweet spot, but no reason to skip earlier ones if the condition and price is right.

2013+ is a more value IMHO, but if your neighbor is offering you the right deal it would be hard to pass up. Even high mile poorly maintained LC's are getting 20K+. You could always drive this one and not worry about taking a huge hit when you are ready to jump in a 2013+ or even a 2016+ later on.

I'm targeting 28K... will pay up to 30K I think. Sound like a plan?

Last month, Dec. 2020, I purchased a 2021 LC in the Houston metro area. MSRP $87,810 on window sticker (pearl white $425 and floor mats $275 only options), we agreed on $79,331.
Love the pearl white with Terra! Sounds like a good deal for both parties. Nice when dealers don't fudge the numbers. Congrats! What dealership was it?

Looking at a 2013 LC with 184k. 1 owner, good records except a listing of severe damage in 2014 to most all body panels (I assume hail). No frame damage, no rust, CO car, a little rough inside and out but not too bad. I got them to 28,500.
Mean to use it around town and up to ski/camp.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

White, tan interior.

Assuming 9-10k off a 2021 is considered a pretty good deal? There are several in that range in the mid-atlantic right now. My local dealer has confirmed they will match a written offer (vs just sending them the adverts)

Which dealer (assuming the deal is not just a one-off)?
