Vintage nana-style 1960's woman's adult tricycle? Check.
80CC (so named, it is really a 66CC) 2 stroke engine? Check.

Probably going to kill myself.

Just welded in the top tube and motor mount. Bent the top tube by leaning a 10' piece of 1.25" .065 wall tubing against vtcruiser60's frame repair project and bouncing on it till I got the shape I wanted.

Waiting for a custom hub for the coaster brake/jackshaft sorta 3 chain setup.

I've got a vintage 500 kick only single that is more than silly enough for me, thanks

Ive got some cool stuff planned for the thing. Should have the parts this week.

What say you- rattle can or real paint?

Project done??

A chilling vision of things to come.....

sweet.

kinda looks like the exhaust pipe only lets the bike turn left, but thats fine! hope you can get her up to at least 50!

pipe is a mock up- i is the one that came with the kit I bought off craigslist. Some hippy paid a few hundred bcks for it, but could not figure out how to mount it, so I bought it super cheap.

I would like to do a scrambler style pipe, but we will see.

The fender was bent, but has since been removed.

I am thinking mountain bike tires and no fenders.

More pics tonight, hopefully.

what size? the rims are 20-21", though with no fenders I should be able to run bigger. Not sure. I might mock up a few shots with the wheels off my FSR, nasty little downhill tires.

You need a bigger oven so you can powdercoat my rims.

you're gonna end up in one of these if you aren't careful

That's awesome. Project is going quick!

You need to lengthen the forks and make it a chopper

there is a 3" marzocchi fork coming that should fit it. It has a 1" headset, so that limits my options a bit. I am hoping it will clear the wheel with no additional work, but we will see.

The exhaust will not work in it's current form, so we will see how that pans out.

You should run a huge exhaust up the back like a VW Baja bug.
