moonvisor on mini (1 Viewer)

I have a moonvisor and want to put it on my 1985 Toy mini. Has anyone installed one of these? Any pointers/recommendations? Drill and rivet, self-taping screws, bolts? If bolts, how to remove the headliner?

Be prepared to have to take it back off at least once a year to fix the leaks. And don't take it off-road, tree branches will get caught under it constantly. My son has one on his 4Runner and he hates it (was on it when he got it).
