Furman has some sort of golf tournament so we have moved it to

To play is $65 dollars (includes green fees, cart, and range balls (like I need to practice )


Tee times are 11:30 and 11:40

We will have prizes for the winners.


After golf we will convoy over to meet up with the rest of the club and their wives for dinner.

This time it will be at Alex's favorite Cuban restaurant. So mark you calendar..

can't make this one again b/c i'm still up in nashville, ha ha

oh, and after i get paid tomorrow, i'm goin to go ahead and pay my club dues for the next year (i'm pretty sure i paid dues at alex's first HAMOM but i can't remember when that was...)

also, asked one of my sisters for a renewed TLCA membership for my bday...if that doesn't come thru then i'm goin to have to pony up for it myself, ha ha

What A Time!!!!!

GREAT GOLF OUTING!!!

The deep blue sky and crisp autumn breeze made today THE perfect day for our annual golf tournament. My cheeks hurt from laughing!

Team Ivan emerged victorious after 18 holes of neck to neck competition. The winning point was sunk by our very own David Davis who dominated the last two holes. His 18 foot putt diminished the standoff between the two teams. Geeeez...what a great time I had!!

I've never been chased by a rabid fox, hit a perfect drive through the woods, fried a golf ball, and stuffed my face with so much Cuban food all in the same day.

Thank you Marshal and JP for putting together such an outstanding event!

I had a great time. We had a bunch of laughs. I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time. And the food last night was wonderful. Definetly an event to remember.

That was a blast, just sorry the rest of the Lost Boys couldn't come. Definitely want to go back to both Cherokee Valley GC and to the "Havanna Tropical Cafe."

Talked to my wife (criter cop) about the rabid fox, and she said she has seen that alot out in the woods. Either distemper or rabies, and in either case that animal needs to be put down for its own sake and for the public.

This needs to be more than an "annual" event! Certainly a good excuse to fire up a LC and travel to the beautiful Upstate. Absolutely one of my best times this year!!!! Thanks Marshall for putting this together.

Yep, those were "Bridgestones" we won. We thought if other club members knew we were playing for a "full set" of "Bridgestones" maybe more would come out next time.

Your company? Can you hook a brother up with a set of Bridgestone "blems" from the factory?
