Stumbled upon a LC theft story, according to the owner, the thieves were not able to steal the car so they disassembled whatever they can get their hands on overnight.

Looks like they were professional technicians..

I'm surprised they didn't pull the engine. I would think that would be big money. Of course, they probably didn't have the equipment to get that thing out.

unless they were 10 of them to dismantle that in one night.....i would have get the engine 1st before anything else...it looks like the V8 twin turbo diesel!

The trick in some areas is to steal it, strip it, buy it from the insurance company, reassemble and enjoy. Now you legally own it.
