Mechanic in Fort Collins, CO

Anyone have a recommendation for a mechanic in Fort Collins, CO. Or maybe an anti-recommendation (some one to avoid).

I moving to FtC at the end of May, and I've had the same shop in Greeley working on my rig for 14 years.

These guys have seen the odometer roll from 90K to 205K. And they've done all the work. Scott is an awesome mechanic, I would highly recommend him for any type of vehicle.

I looked in the "recommend a mechanic thread" and only came up with this...

You might check out Coyote Cruisers north of town on 287. I haven't had much done at Metric - they know Toys, but they have a reputation of being at the higher end of pricing. May be well worth it, but I can't say first hand.

John at Coyote is great. I know they do a lot of lifts and cages and whelling items. I do not have any experience with them building engines, trannies, t-cases, lockers, etc...

I'll talk to Slattens and Coyote. I'm more looking for a engine mechanic to keep the beast running. I don't need any 'accessory' work at the moment. Although I might be looking at some sliders/steps soon.

Anyone else?

Slattens has full machine shop (other than crank grind), so they can attend to the engine.

Coyote does more the acces.
