Foldable seats are rare stateside but they may be available through an import service. Glendora Imports in east San Gabriel Valley has been good to my cruiser for over 20 years.

I know you asked Long Beach specifically these guys work on a decent amount of old Toyota trucks. I went to their shop once it seems pretty organized and had tons of clean 80s pickups around. They've worked on a couple 60s and 80s I believe.
