Ok so what is the pro and con of these? since i am going through my front end and replacing all gaskets etc. thinking what would be the benefit of slapping some warn premium automatic hubs on the 82 fj60

I've never heard of "automatic hubs" for an FJ60. The Warn Premium hubs are also manuals, just like your stock ones, AFAIK. And there are no better hubs available for your Cruiser than the stock AISIN units that it came with from the factory.

Aisin hubs are Toyota's choice. Rebuild the stock units is best solution. I am not aware of any 'automatic' hubs for a 60 series.

oops screw up on my part ,,,duhh.. just noticed they were stock locking hubs , man am i stupid

The Mitsubishi wheels look similar to Toyotas. I've wondered if any of the parts in the axle/hubs or even rims are interchangable. Maybe Aisin even makes the auto hubs for other manufacturers? ALthough I've never seen an auto hub on a 40/60/62

I've seen AISIN hubs on Isuzu's and Sammi's. There's probably others.
