Similar but deleted one seem far more throaty

Not gonna lie, I like that rear valance with the exhaust cutouts. Too bad the engine’s performance doesn’t match the sound and quad tips. LOL

I've seen more than a few tunes in Eurasian markets that show around 330HP the last few years... those markets are typically shown as 292-296HP (stock) in the data presented in brochures in those markets.

Example: Увеличение мощности Lexus GX460 до 329 л.с., 475 Hm — Athletic Motors on DRIVE2 - https://www.drive2.com/o/b/565900768826099155/

Has to be a blower, not turbo?
They have a diamond tuffed interior and that color? That has to be custom. Love the color, but not the diamond stitching.

The 1UR-FE was also used used in LS and GS applications in middle east. I don’t know if they used a different cam but up to 347HP… not talking about 1UR-FSE (direct injected either)

I really like the idea of more ponies, but I like more the reliability of my stock drive train.

Two issues.

PRICE: $11,000.00

This is a Tuner kit with no calibration provided and is not compatible with North American 1UR-FE V8 vehicles fitted with the EGR cooler in the valley on the engine.

From FB Posted thread

- Poster on FB says this is the same kit they installed with their US 460
- "this is a Harrop supercharger. Utilizes an Eaton TVS1900 unit"
- " it still has the EGR system with the EGR cooler in the valley"
- "EGR cooler is still in the valley. Minor trimming on the cooler outlet flange. Modified the cooler outlet pipe. Made 2 EGR pipes and a mounting bracket for the EGR valve"
- "Custom intake tube. The box is for a 4runner. For the kit, both. It's for a non US market LC200. Had to come up with Intake system, fuel pump, EGR fitment, front radiator for SC cooling system. All the hoses and routing as well"
- "it'll definitely scout!! Has 295/70/17 tires. Will have 4.88 gears and front and rear E-lockers when the gears aren't on intergalactic backorder anymore."

As stated above currency conversion - $1 AUD = $0.71 USD

Pretty crazy! Wonder what it dyno's out at?
Nice thing about a blower is there's no turbine windup time. 100% blown, 100% of the time which is good for rock crawling with big tires and keeping control.

Tacoma TVS1900 produced about 30% more power… guessing this would be the similar. Probably would feel like you had a 3UR under the hood.

The stats on that 200 series with 1UR-FE in Australia in Harrop documentations say:

- Stock: 208 HP & 258 lbf-ft at wheels

- With Supercharger: 321 HP & 343 lbf-ft at wheels

- 30-40% typical HP and torque gains

I ended up going with the 11226. Just got it welded in today at lunch hour.

Immediate impression is that it is exactly what I had in mind. There is zero difference in exhaust note when the car is at warm idle-- the car is basically silent. While accelerating, the exhaust is now more audible, with a pleasant, slightly louder, deeper tone.

When cruising, there is a more noticeable exhaust note when throttle is applied. When throttle is let off, the exhaust note goes away.

I will report back after my first long road trip, which will be San Diego --> Portland --> San Diego (2000 miles roundtrip) in April about my thoughts on the 11226 for extended highway driving.
Reviving this thread - curious to know what the final review was..?

Wonder what this cost? The Aussie ones are well over $10k before you even get to the labor cost. I'm waiting to hear back from Jelke from Torqamp on their large displacement electric supercharger.
