I have a question someone here might know the answer to. Will the wheels from M100 work on the MBT/T-3? Mine came with what someone told me were 15" ford rims. I would rather have 16" rims I could mount 7.00 16" NDT tires on. I know the 6.00 16" are stock but the 7.00 are easier to find. Not looking to spent the money for combat rims. Not sure if there is a non-combat rims for the era? I know the military jeep from the same time will have interchangeable rims. Also know the M416 rim the hole in the center is too small.

If you want to upgrade your lighting and retain that authentic look:

TruckLite and Grote both have rear lamp and other lighting in modern LED flavors, but pricey if you just want lights to work

10" hub/drum, 6 studs 5.5" bolt circle using L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearing. Contains inner bearing, outer bearing, seal, grease cap and lug nuts. (84 series Spindle)
Note that the 3500# capacity 84 series axle can be ordered as replacement for earlier pattern trailers. The brakes on the M101 CDN are Dexter pattern 10" drums.

M101 CDN usually don't need a new parking brake handle, as they can be freed up by juicing them repeatedly. Earlier trailers may have an in-op brake lever or it's missing entirely due to being previously deleted by a PO. Don't pay too much. Cable is extra, but probably something easy enough to scare up:

If you have 15" Ford rims they should have a script Ford in an oval stamped on them.

Talking to someone to day I found that they had 15" wheels on some of the early jeeps. Is this true is there a chance my 15" wheels came stock on this trailer? 9/43 Willys MBT. Anybody have source for the non combat 16" wheels? I plan to use it behind a FJ25 with stock 16" wheels

I have no experience with early 15" Jeep rims. Sorry. You might try the g503 forum.
