Looks great. Did you only change the drivers bottom? Did you replace the foam cushion?I just did my LC seat bottom by ordering through Richmond leather auto upholstery. It took me 4 hours.

Just did the leather. You can bring some life back into the foam by hitting it with a steamer. It kinda ‘re inflates’ the foam.Looks great. Did you only change the drivers bottom? Did you replace the foam cushion?
Thanks I look into thatLand Cruiser heaven has 200 seat covers and other series of foam replacements. You might reach out and see if they have 200 foam available or in development. https://store.lch4x4.com/200-series/?page=3
Great advice! Thanks!I have used their dye. A little bit of prep and ‘less is more’ when adding the dye worked well for me. It probably depends on how bad your seats are. It won’t help with deep cracks , but some minor discoloration, it will work well. Definitely get a matte finish if you use it though.
Anyone tackle replacing the seat bottom cushion and cover on drivers seat? I'm getting a tear and thinking of doing it myself. 2010 lx570. If anyone has done it did you use oem parts or aftermarket?

My passenger seat on my '16 200 had some deep discolored scratches when I bought it in 2019, almost like someone dragged jean rivets or something over it a lot. I used this and it still looks good to date:I need to re-dye my black leather seats in my '13 LC, but the pictures I've seen from the Seat Doctor's dye aren't promising. Has anyone had good luck with re-dying black seats?
