My first post! I have a 2001 LX470 with 186K on it and experience the intermittent crank but no start issue I have read about(then after some time it starts). I am changing the fuse block, dealer indicates that may be the issue. They initially suggested to just change the EFI fuse. Still failedafter 2 months. No diagnostic codes come up(by the time we test, it starts again). Battery was changed, it was cranking OK but dealer said it failed load test.
I have also seen the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor mentioned as causes, and that there is a simple resistence test for these - can anyone tell me where they are and what the resistance range should be? I feel that if I do these three things I can eliminate the common causes of the intermittent cranking/no start.
