LX450 with 38k in Phoenix

Hey guys, I'm shopping for an 80 or 450 in the Phoenix area and found a 450 with only 38k miles on cars.com.

Is this one familiar to anyone? It's a bit pricy (asking 19k) for an offroad third vehicle, but that would be nice to get something so low in miles.

Anyone else driving a Lexus LC? Are they as strong as the Toyota LC?

Oh also, my brother is looking for a '96-'99 Taco, 4x4 xtra cab, anyone know of any good sources to watch? We've just been watching Auto Trader and AZ Central, but haven't seen much in a few weeks time.

I would make sure it has lockers for that price.

No doubt, I'm not buying one without factory lockers anyways. KBB books it around 16k-17k, so I'd have to talk him down a bit to make it worthwhile.
