Do you have more info on the cold air intake set up here? I’m in the final stages of a swap and looking for better ideas here and your’s looks awesome.
It is Torfab box , AirAid pipe and Spectre connectors.

Thank you

UPDATE:

The swap is complete! The power and drivability have far, far, far exceeded my expectations. One major, unintended benefit that no one talks about is how much better the steering feels and responds with the GM power steering pump and getting the weight off the front end (I’m running an 80-series steering box). The swap completely transformed the FJ, and I recommend it to anyone even considering doing it.

Details:

2018 L96 6.0 with 31k miles on it, new H55, and split case.

I originally planned to do the swap myself, but it honestly became way too much work. @cruisermatt had been advising me and helping source parts, etc since I made the original post. I eventually talked him into squeezing my project into his schedule on very short notice - and after turning it over to him and seeing the level of craftsmanship his team delivers, I quickly realized how underqualified I was to attempt it myself.

You’ve probably seen some of Matt’s posts emphasizing affordability, reusing parts, adapting stock components, and stretching a budget where possible. That approach absolutely has its place - and it’s a big part of why he is so respected in the community. But my experience proved they’re also more than capable of delivering top-tier engineering, fabrication, and custom solutions when the project calls for it. Their work in my experience is second to none.

Note: all systems were put back correctly and working, power steering, AC, rear heater, etc. the photos below were from various stages of progress. The photos don't really do it justice, imo. The air cleaner is the FJ-62/80 combo (not pictured)
