Nothing exciting. Sure wish I had more time.......

I should be "close" as far as parts are concerned. Now I just have to find time to sort the Bs out and get the engine and Caitlin back together.

I may or may not use this $260 specter harness. Just depends on how it all looks and feels when I get done with my golden shower and gas tank removal. There was a lot more gas in this thing than I thought

I like the idea of updated wiring. But may not want/need to. I'll sort through it all and decide soon.

We used to throw a short length of chain in and shake it around to break the loose stuff loose. Then you can coat it.

ive heard of the chain. elaborate on a coating....it doesnt look too terribly bad on the higher sides...just a lot of crap on the bottom...sediment, etc. i sprayed a bunch of brake cleaner in it and some came up.....

i remember now......looks like that's gonna be pretty hard to locate one...guess i will clean this one out and coat it....

Lou, take it to Watkins Radiator on Medgar Evers. Don't let the location or the huge mess in the shop fool you, they will dip it in acid and then coat it. It will be spotless. Think they charged me like $100-$150 last time and I had it back in a few days.
 
Glad I decided to go through this like i am. Driver inner axle seal totally shot. Hub was pouring gear oil when I got it loosened.

Passenger side slight leak.

Rotors. All seals. And the flexible brakes likes inbound from @beno this week.

Probably will have underside grinding and acid coating finished this week......slow motion.

From there. I should be back to reassembling everything slowly. Real. Slowly.
