Looking for replacement front headrests for an 06 LC (1 Viewer)

I want to replace my floppy front driver side headrest in my 06 LC. It has the built in DVD player and monitor. Is it possible to replace the headrest with one that didn’t have the DVD player. I have no use for the DVD player. I found a couple of used headrests on eBay but they were either for and LX470 or an earlier LC. Does anyone know if they’re interchangeable?

I've put 01 into 07 fronts. They do have color variation. Each row is different size.
