Looking at These Lights on EBAY Opinions Needed

Hi All,

Looking for some HID off road lights and saw these on Ebay, never heard of them but price seems to be reasonable.

Any thoughts or opinions?

They look kinda like Kragens, but the reflector is all wrong. No clue what the brand is, but someone's gotta be a guinea pig!

HID lights require a ballast right? I dont think these are true HID light. More like halogen bulbs with blue tint, which is stupid and actually makes the bulb dimmer.

Yup, they require ballasts, but I'm guessing these have them built in. The bulbs are actual HID bulbs in the pictures, so I assume a ballast is built-in. Either way, I agree with you on blue lights being stupid as far as light output. Well, above 4300k at least.

i have them and have had them for a couple of years and still love them. a lot of light comes off them way better then halogen.
yes the igniters are built in.
heres some pic of them on the bumper.

Good point about them being a pair. The one I linked and the $85 one look like singles whereas the ebay auction clearly looks like a pair.
