Ahhh one of those guys huh. I'll sick Heather on ya, she'd notice it in a heartbeat if in view.

Worked on the cross member for the frame side of the lower links today. Test fit went well, just needs to be welded up and have a few gussets added. Note the bolts toward the outside, the center section is removable to ease removal of the transfer case and trans.

Working nights on the Truggy is paying off. Got the T-case and lower link cross members welded in and the boat sides are coming along as well. The Upper Link frame side mounts are also coming along. I need to put the cab back on the frame so I can get a cross member fabbed up between the two mounts and triangulated back down to the main frame.

It looks a lot fatter than it really is, only 4'5" outside to outside of the boat sides.

Very impressive thus far, good work!

Thank you much :)

Was going to ask about a cross member between them but you got that covered here.

There will be more cross members to come farther forward as well. There will also be a 1/4" belly pan that will also tie everything together. I am working on the upper frame structure that will suppurt the floor and also tie the roll cage in as a supporting structure as well.

The boat sides and upper frame/floor support is starting to come together. The front body mount and then the front of the roll cage will tie into the small boxes toward the front of the boat sides. More triangulation will tie those and the rear cage mounts that will sit on top of the frame side mounts for the rear upper links.

While I completely understand the extra holes allowing for some adjustment of the 4 link, I don't get the adjustment holes in the body mount. OR......are those "lightening" holes? I get it....every hole is an extra HP....kinda like ricers and stickers....

Your are a funny guy James. Just used a piece of steel that was left over from another project is all. Actually they are mounts for tie downs for your shoe laces when you ride right seat, would not want you slipping out in a roll over. :)

My trailer got a workout again today.

Hey Johnny!

Already has an ARB/OEM lift and 33"KM2s

Part of the reason we bought it is to start building sliders and bumpers on it for customers so sliders and bumpers are next.

Some sort of cage, not sure how much inside and how much exo. Time will tell. THat and available funds.

Lockers and axles, roof rack of some sort. Once again, time and money.

We are looking for an 80 next, selling the FJC while the iron is hot. THey are selling for good money and mine only has 37K on it.

I can't blame you for selling the FJC. I remember how frustrated you were with it at CMCC this year. If you need any help with stuff for your 60, make sure to let me know! I'll even offer mine up as the second experiment model for an interior cage:grinpimp:

Yeah Johnny, at the end of the day no matter what you do to an FJC it is still too fat and too heavy for trails on the east coast.

I'll keep you in mind for the cage:)

Stan that 60 has an ARB locker or has a ARB bumper not pictured?

ARB/OEM lift

No ARB bumpers for me, far too big
