Well,as Baz has told me, all work and no play makes Stan.......

So, I took a break from installing fence posts ( 72 of 192 in the ground ) and business today (Sun) and I worked on the truggy a little. Spent some extra time with the new puppy too.

Her name is Bristol, 8 months, Bloodhound/Shepard mix. Gets on good with the 3 boys

Looking good Stan, nice pup too.

I hear you on fence posts, just got done setting about 80 total in about 3 days time before i had my surgery at the beginning of the month. Then after i got the new fence up i had to tear the old one down right beside it.

Loving both!!! That's a lot of tube work - and after this seat cradle project WITH Jerry's help, I can imagine the amount of time you have put in on that Stan! Keep the momentum going.

She is a great dog, been a while since I've had a puppy underfoot. We do look forward to getting the dog yard fenced in and hot so all 4 of them can run around all day.

It's a big job Ramon and I have been only working on it when I have the time. Well at this rate I will be able to get AARP insurance for it by the time it is done. So I am not making it a point to put time in on it at least 3 times a week.

The back half will come off once the tubing is done. I can then flip it and complete all the welding. Then the cab comes off, finish the body work out and paint it. Once it goes back on tube will be going through the back of the cab to tie the whole thing together and the cab will not be coming off after that.

Lots of tin knocking in my future as well. Floor, fire wall, foot wells, dash and tunnel. I am having serious thoughts about a 4-5' brake. Takes up a ton of floor space though. I am really looking forward to building the front end of the cage. I am pretty sure I can fit the front shocks without cutting the hood, it is really close.

Rain again, so I got the back half pretty much as far as I want to go without the fuel cell and radiator in hand. It won’t be too long and the back half will come off and the cab will be finished out and painted.

If you look at the three triangular sections making contact with the shock hoop you can see that they also form an inner fender. There will be aluminum panels in each section. Hopefully they will help keep the mud spray down when things are wet. Hard to tell from the pic, the center triangle is horizontal. I’ll probably panel the lower two front sections as well.

Sorry, no new updates at this point. I've not touched it since May :frown:

Maybe one day when all the fence is done, my wife's horse trailer is fixed up, you get the idea.
