It should be able to bolt right up, but you will have to rotate the actuator side 90 degrees and make sure you open up the drain hole on the bottom and reseal the old drain hole location.

sent ARB an email jsut now, waiting to hear back.

The winch definatly bolted right in when I rotated the controls. but in order for the rope to be comming off of the bottom of the drum through the fairleads the winch needs to be "up side down" I can rotate the control box and free spool lever, but the holes to bolt the winch down are off center and the winch only fits in that space the "right side up" way. I cant drill new holes because they would land in the large opening for the fairleads.

wow just read ARBs response email only took the 6 min to get back to me with a real email about my problem. They rule.

So what did they say ?

Hi Paul,
it depends if the bumper you have is for the upright 8274 or a low mount type as there were 2 different winch bars available for the 60. If it's a low mount type then the bolt pattern should match the XP and I think you'll only need to space the winch from the face of the bar enough to clear the end of the motor on the inside of the bar. If the pattern is different then more extensive mods will be required and you'll likely just have to work your way through it.

Looks like I need a different winch. I fount a guy that will trade me his 8274. I guess I'll go that route.

I wonder it my 9.5xp will fit in a new style ARB bumper.

I'm gonig to pick it up from him in fredericksburg. Seems like a good excuse to stop by iron pig and get some lower gears:)

You will be happy with 8274, thats a good trade. Any reason to go by ipor is a good reason.
