Diesel US$0.56/ltr Gasoline US$1.0 in Sudan North Africa..prices increase and quality decreases in some regions of the country to approx US$0.7 /ltr diesel.

This is based on the Bank transfer rate of 5.7 SD pounds = US$1.0....black market prices for exchange here are 9.6SD pounds = US$1.0. So if you exchange in the market...fuel becomes almost half that price.

at the going rate of diesel in Venezuela at 1c a litre, a 20ft tanktainer would cost approx. $200 for 20,000 litres unshipped to Western Australia. Some people are making a heck of a lot of $... and more to come with the new tax they just introduced.
