i agree, Ontario is a bully when it comes to politics ...
not sure what is up with the fuel prices here but i am not going to argue.

still no where near as nice as Alberta.
almost worth moving back to save 8% PST AND 10 cents a liter.

In Shizuoka where I live diesel is around the $1.30/L mark but cheaper (about 10 cents less) up around Tokyo and Yokohama. Regular is around 25 cents more per liter. It's one reason why I've had diesels for most of my 20 years here.

OMVIC, the mother of all.
AMVIC, spoiled kid.

I thought you moved there because OMVIC was going to be better to deal with than AMVIV. That sure sucks, especially considering the BS you had to fight around the wind generation farm.

Well, this is the most recent overview of prices for fuel in Europe and some countries outside Europe.
Prices are per litre and in Euro's.
Left column is for gas, right column is for diesel.
To get the price in USD, multiply by 1,37
To get the price in Canadian Dollars, multiply by 1,45
For the Netherlands:
Keep in mind, these prices are recommended retail prices. Depending on where you buy, prices can differ, cheaper or dearer.
Don't know about other countries.

Edit: Just found out this table is available in English as well if you want to see that one:http://www.fuel-prices-europe.info/index.php?sort=6

Interesting: the difference in price for the countries at the top and at the bottom of the list.
