Wanted LF FJ40 Los Angeles

Hey guys, new here and found the site from researching vintageoffroad. Years 68-82, based off priority, here's what I'm looking for -

1. Automatic
2. Must be able to drive highway(65MPH)
3. Mechanically sound
4. Both Doors
5. No rust

Nice to haves:

• Grey color
• Top
• 33' Tires

Ideally looking to have this located near Los Angeles (3-4 hour drive max), though I would entertain out of state, once I got an idea what shipping would cost. Top price I'm looking to spend is around 30k, though I am flexible.

hmmm ... maybe you'll find an FJ40 where the previous owner swapped in an automatic from an FJ62 (I think)

I have no issues with an engine swap for automatic.

Not mine and far from you, but automatics not that easy to find.

My wife can not drive a manual either. That is why I love FJ40's. My truck will stay nice!

As you're in CA you may want to focus on finding something pre-smog. Odds are an FJ40 that'll go 65 with an automatic is likely going to have an SBC/LS swap.

Should be pretty easy to find.
