I’ve had a really unfortunate accident in which I ran over a stick and it lodged itself under my car. The car no longer starts and I see a single wire disconnected, my car is stuck on a trail and can’t get it out. Check out the photos for more details. My diagnosis is this single wire that isn’t letting the car start, however I just bought this car not long ago and not really sure what the wire does. This is located underneath the passenger door where the stock running boards typically are. If anyone knows what to do or if there’s any other issue that would be great.

I'm not sure what you should do.

But I know what I would do... Fix it, check fuses, and (hopefully) be on my way.

From what I can tell that's the fuel pump harness. Car def. won't start or run without it. Theoretically you can field repair it, but I'm assuming you don't carry spare wires, but connectors, etc. But, at least now you know that you should.

yea probibily the fuel pump. strip the wires back, twist them togeather and tape it up just to get you home and then fix it right with new connectors later. may have a blown fuse too if the wires touched each other.
