Saw this recipe on FB and decided to try it. Chicken, stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeños, and cheddar, wrapped in bacon, rubbed, and sauced. Actually really good.

I finally got the Chick'n registered, I got Antique insurance for it and the 62, now have 5 cars insured and I saved a little over $200.00 a year from what I was paying before with 4.
The only problem is, She asked if there was any RUST on the 62, I said yes...she said rust holes...yes...they may not cover it then!
I have some body work to do this weekend, they are coming to take pictures next Wednesday.
