A couple of months ago, my son was driving my 80 one night and a drunk driver hit a light-pole and it damaged my driver door and window. The guy's insurance company (Access) was slack and by the time they got around to fixing it, I had wet seats. As a result of their ineptitude, I told them they were fixing that too (mildew smell). They came back and told me a $2,200 seat would result in a total loss. That I wasn't expecting. I plan on buying it back and have already found replacements seats and door from a Pull-a-part in AL while I was driving through last weekend. However, it'll have a salvage title, but shouldn't effect my plans for the rig. This is why I couldn't make Logan's Run and why I won't have it at the Summerville BBQ this weekend, but I'll still be there.

Everyone on the 80 board said the driver seat bottom is out of stock and will no longer be made, I'm thinking Beno said so too. I'm trying to send back my leather for the seats I bought around the time of the accident, $300 for front seat leather from Lseat.com.

Had a stuck rear caliper so I replaced that and put some new rotors and pads on. And got the rims and tires on.

I just checked on the parade today because I haven't received an email, and apparently they lost our paperwork. It pays to have a friend who works for the town and who actually turned it in. She remembers him turning it in, so I just have to re-submit. Not to worry, there's still room, I was just hoping not to be in the back of the line this year.
I'm meeting him with a new form tomorrow at 7:00 am at Bojangles on hwy 17.
For some reason when I went to print the first copy, nothing happened, so I hit print again and it printed 2 copies...go figure.

Exhaust is good to go, thanks @BBQ BOY for pointing out the concern. I also swapped out my Koito's for LED headlights at Erik's suggestion. I believe his words were: "you can drive so much better when you can see the road". Simple yet eloquent. Message received and I can see!

Yeah... Well... I forgot to tighten down the hose clamp for the primary radiator hose coming from the upper housing... I'll have to fill the radiator again.
