Hi guys. Do you know what the largest tires size I can put on a stock 1992 pick up truck? I have a set of 32x11.5x15 but I don't know if they will fit without hitting the sides. See image below.

That's a fairly loaded question... At ride height, skinny 33's will probably be fine, but once things start flexing out, they will rub. I ran 33X10.5's for a while, and they liked to catch the plastic inner fender and the firewall sometimes...
 
I had 32x1150 BFG all terrains on factory 7” alloys on both my 88 and 94 extra cabs with no contact issues.
 
i tried my 33x10.5 mounted on stock fj40 wheels and it looked like there was going to be some big rubbing on the firewall side (stock ride height). might work with different rim/ offset/ lift etc
