Rear Bumper also installed but a lot of adding and cutting due to fact was 1/2" short wide , I made it work but I would not recommend rear bumper from them for a SWB

Start off by moving the lights from the lower bumpers

Rocksliders due to fact were send for a LWB also requires some mod. But easier to make it work

Comes with plates to weld to the chassi but I decided to make some brackets to make it easy to remove , just in case

The flex exhaust pipe is right on the way , under the passanger side, I end up beef up a little the bracket and I will make something to protect the exhaust in the future

Test

but the wheels come in with wrong off set .

I found a 15" wheel with -47 ET and it might work but was send out -19

Pro Comp Alloy Series 69 Wheel 15x8 6x5.5 (6x139.7) - Matte Black -47 mm Offset

This wheels will required a hub centric ring from 106.1 mm to 108 mm

If doesnt work out I will look for
Mickey tompson Wheel with right Bore 106.1 and add spacers on it

For now I will use the Mickey tompson Wheel, amazon got them and the Bore is 106.1 exactly same size as original Toyota wheels but 8 but the maximum offset available is -22 mm

Therefore only option for this set up is to use a with 1.5" 38mm spacer.

Spacers

For the front wheels only option is a hub centric as far I know , I will try this by the end of the week , the Hub and wheel centric will not clear in the front

Front Hub test with spacer with a hub and wheel centric .

I will test soon this spacer in the rear but I think it will work in the rear .

The front I am guessing people are using just hub centric and I am wondering if will cause future vibrations but I will give it a try as soon the spacers arrive from spidertrax

Nice Rig!
it's a 1KZ T engine?, really a unicorn
Mine has a 1KZ TE.

Nice work! Great looking truck.

Just FYI, but you can get those same style of wheels from Ion (171 series). I bought them in 15x8 with the proper Toyota hub centric bore diameter. I bought-27mm offset which I found to be perfect (upon recommendation of a KZJ78 owner who does a lot of off road). I run 35x12.5R15 tires on them and don't have interference issues. A more or less aggressive offset would definitely cause me issues with the 35" tires; I think -27mm is perfect.

The part number I bought (polished aluminum finish) is: 171-5883P. I believe they have black versions too....

Couple pictures here showing how well they work: Ditch my sway bars? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/ditch-my-sway-bars.1268994/post-14153316

Here's how it looked before putting a tire on.

The original Toyota stock wheels are -20 mm that means -27 mm wheels are only 1/4 inch different , are you sure your wheels are -27 mm off set with 106.1 bore?

I was thinking to have a set made but would have to be custom made as -50 mm ET 15 x 8 with a 106.1 bore

Your truck looks amazing

Hello, yes, I'm sure my wheels are -27mm. My LJ78 originals were 16"x6" 0mm offset. With the KZJ7x, Toyota went to 15"x7" -20mm offset.

Thanks for the compliment. Here are some more pictures showing fitment. I think with this tire size, and -50mm offset, the tires would definitely hit the fenders upon full articulation. LJ78 100mm lift on 35s - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/lj78-100mm-lift-on-35s.1232042/
