Like the title indicates, I have a stock 2019 LX570 and plan on using 5 of the 18" TRD Pro wheels. I always ran BFG KO2's and with this setup I would like to run the new KO3's. I have had the wheels for months waiting as more KO3 sizes were released but it does not currently look like the factory spec from the heritage LC, 285/60R18 is currently in production. There is the 275/65R18, from the TRD Pro Tundra, but I always try to run factory specs.

Any suggestions for KO3 sizes on this setup?

I just installed some k03 275/65/18 on OEM wheels. I've always ran BFG and have never had issues. They are an overbuilt tire for and overbuilt truck.

I'm in the minority running the 275 65 but the new k03s are listed at 11 inch section width so you aren't giving up that much width compared to the stock 285 60 tires. Listed at 59lbs and weighed spot on. Definitely a heavy tire.

Put maybe 1000 miles on them and no regrets.

Attached picture shows the 275 65 k03 and a Kumho tire I run as a spare Along with an old brand new OEM Dunlop in 285 60 (it's also the only one in the picture mounted on OEM wheel).

I want to try KO3s also, but they're rolling out sizes too slowly.

I would NOT recommend 275s. High relative inflation pressure to meet load ratings. Compromising corning and braking grip on account of downsizing treadwidth. AT tires inherently trades on-road traction over highway tires so further downsizing a critical dimension over stock is IMO not an upgrade.

Look at LT285/65R18. These are within spitting dimensions to factory approved Rock Warrior 17" wheels and LT285/70R17 tire package early on in the 200-series lifecycle. Win win.

Thank you for sharing that document--I had "heard" that 285/70R17 tires were an OE-approved option with the Rock Warrior wheels, but I had never seen proof of it. Thanks!!

Also, noticed that Load Range D LT285/65R18 KO3's are coming in 2025 per the BFG website...

From BFG, the factory spec from the heritage LC, 285/60R18 wil become available Fall 2025, so a year out. I most likely will pick up a set of KO2's.

On a side note, other than OEM Lexus TPMS Sensors, do I need anything special to mount these TPMS sensors to the BBS wheels?

Thanks!

275/70/18 is a fantastic stock+ size for these trucks. You would have some minor plastic work to do but it improves the stance tremendously imo.
Just spoke with a local shop and they quoted me 1880 for 5. Def pulling that trigger. Do you have any pics of where you trimmed?

I am also running 275/65/R18 on OEM wheels. But not KOs as I have not liked them. In theory one is giving up some tread width (as well as section width) compared to some tires that are 285/60/R18 but not all. I noticed that TireRack does not have the tread width for the KO3.
