It may be an officer stationed at the Naval Academy. I saw one matching that description (a red FJ40) at USNA a couple weeks ago.

I liked everything that was going on with it, except the front bumper. SAS, I need to come out to a club meeting again...seems like every time there's a meeting i have something going on. this next month i'll be in Peurto Rico for work...but i'm not complaining about that. there's a guy who lives a few blocks from me on the hill who has a built 60, told him about the local gathering of cruiser heads and he said he'll check it out.
