Know anyone looking for shop space?

Figured I'd throw this out there, I rent part of an auto shop on 4th street in Los Ranchos. The landlord wants to put someone in there to share with me.

Hoping there was a cruiserhead or somebody who is looking, before he puts it on Craigslist and all of the weridos start showing up.
Rent is fair for the location, not a lot of parking, but there is some.

I've replaced a timing belt/water pump/typical bits and repacked CV axles on a Hundy so I think that makes me the local expert. And Los Ranchos is just across the river from me. Oh wait, I already have a job. I guess I could be a consultant.

DING, DING, DING....you read my mind!

Seeing as how the SWR meter wasn't bought by the club and instead people had to put money in a hat for that purchase, I don't see us putting forth the funds to rent a facility. It is a nice thought however.

I guess it would come down to how many people would use it, could turn into a real PITA for me. If it were mostly nights and weekends I could cope better

I'll run it by the Landlord, my guess is the liability of a bunch of different people could get hairy. Maybe a club shop insurance policy could sweeten the deal.

He's trying to get 1200, but I don't think that's realistic. If he jacks my rent that high I will have to close up and go find a real job, or cheaper rent. I think the right person can get a much better deal.

I had envisioned a benevolent soul that had a "shop" that could be rented by a DIY guy on nights and weekends. It didn't occur to me that we were talking about prime time legitimate shop space.

I had no idea what good shop space rented for. Wait till Robson gets the bill for using my garage and vehicle storage spot.
