Man this was super fun and Kina plus his family were super accommodating for all us bums.

The Prez and his new mizzus whipped up a great breakfast Saturday and Sunday.

I beat the crap out of the FJC (a/k/a "Lemon Drop" by some Maineac) in Kina's back yard today and I still got home OK. :D

There wasn't any moon that I saw, but there were some "shining" faces around the bonfire Saturday night. :o

If Scotty still loves us, ask him the one about the Eskimo with a seal under his arm. Or was that a sheep with flippers? :whoops:

The facilities were super as seen in the photo :hillbilly:

Thanks to Kina and Hillary for having us up over the weekend, it was a great time. Good wheeling, good food and good entertainment. So Larry, a guy walks into his house with a duck billed platypus under one arm........

Thanks to all who attended and made the trek out here.
Thanks to those who helped out friday, still lots of new rocks hiding out there in the woods. See ya next time.

Man what a weekend, had a blast with everyone, the kids had so much fun wheeling and playing in the pool with willie and collin (minus the black flies). Was really nice to see Chip made it with his 10 month old Colby, he rode in the back of the 60 with Brody and Ellie, Larry I dropped my truck of to get an estimate to fix the body damage to the 60 from the ez up ;p. Kina and Hillary thank you for the wonderful hospitality, can't wait until the next one. Will post up some of the pics later on this week.

Ditto on the stuff you said that was good - BUT!

This is really funny that you are seeking damages due to the awning incident since it is very apparent that your truck was in the way of my awning when it took flight. I had phoned ahead gotten clearance for awning flights from Kina. You parked at the end of my awning runway and are now blaming me?

My awning is now barely useable due to the bend in the pole. If you had spent as many hours wheeling as the Lemon Drop and the other people in my dedicated to wheeling group on Saturday, you wouldn't have been sitting there personally incapacitated and in the way. Have your lawyer call mine. 1-800-F...Y..:hillbilly:

:hhmm: Is he the one you share the kelbasa with? you know the one with the bend in the middle

I gotta hang out with you guys more!
To funny.

Thanks again to Kina and Hillary for letting us pull up some grass at their beautiful spot.
Had a great time with some good food, drink and company.
The campfire was indeed hilarious with many quotes that I'm sure will be used at the next event.

sounds like it was a great weekend. All I've gotten out of Barton after two phone calls and a meet is "my truck's broke".

Yea, he was in a funk all weekend. Walking around crying.

I was bummed out, I wanted to take the truck out back.
I'll get the axle shaft replaced and will just have to wait to next yaer.

It still was a great time riding with Chris in his 80. :)

The blue took two wash's to get off my feet.
Funny stuff.

Ha ha the blue feet was classic. I was hesitant at first to let him in my truck but let him ride anyway. No harm done. I really wanted to see his 80 out back. Oh well there's fall gathering. Also I wanted to see the blue sami out back but it showed up with a busted axle. Too bad.

As for the twisted axle shaft. There has to be a permanent fix as it's hard to know when you twisted it in the first place until you really need it on the trail. Sucks to have that weak point. How bout ARB/ Electric locker hybrid?

there is a good shot that the axle fix is already done. I have an axle out in CO taking a beating and one going into my grey truck. If I'm not mistaken Jim wants one for his.

This situation is one reason I've dialed back my aggressiveness on the trails after the second one damaged the diff on removal.

Nice to hear there is a possible fix. Sucks to be sidelined for that issue and watching everybody else go wheeling.

If there is a lawyer involved, you know you will be getting it in the differential sooner or later :crybaby:
