Is there away to pull/push to open/close the Kickout Vent?

Yes, from the inside, there should be a little arm that sticks out (or In toward the hump) that a spring is connected to. You just reach with your foot and push it out. To bring it back in, grab it with your toe and pull. If you dont have the arm or spring I assume it would just flop around, but if it does and it won't open then maybe a PO glued, or siliconed it shut if the spring is missing...?
