I like it so far, looks like it will be nice, functional bumper,

I am building my rear bumper right now and looking at building the front bumper in the spring

any progress???? im liking the simplistic look more and more on 80s. I dented the wing on my arb the other day on a small tree with little force involved. planning for an eventual simple front bumper.

life always gets in the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright guys, finally got it all welded up and I am very pleased with the result. Now I have to find time to prep and paint it. If anyone is in northern Colorado and want's something similar let me know :)

Very nice, duratracs rule! Might want think about tube running one from frame to side to support it, i just dented in my arb by hitting tiny tree.

Looks awesome. I like the lines!:grinpimp:

I like satin black Krylon for all my armor. Because your truck is all black, silver/gray hammercoat might be an option.

match it to your truck, leave the flat black to the trim

Can't really tell from your pics, but did you move the AC dryer?

Yes on the a/c dryer, I am in the process of relocating it to the 91-92 location. Picked up a new Denso dryer from work and the lines used from a fellow Mudder. The lines look like a plug and play solution but I think some minor grinding of the battery box will be in order. I will post up info on this when I get to it. On a side note there probably is enough room to have left it but I think it was just in the way and hung down pretty low as it was.

simple, clean, nice...

Wow, that's pretty tight. Great increase in approach angle for sure. Won't help much if you get in a 65mph tussle with a deer though.

Nice work, and an interesting design.
