Just how in the heck you remove studs

picking them out is about it...

Driving at high speed seems to do the trick for my good studded tires to lose a few..

Pull them out with pliers. At least thats what we had to do when we were kids. My parents bribed my sister and I to do it when we were little. If you have kids pay them.
