got one weighed and the total is.....130 lbs. 90 for bumper with spindles in both sides, and 40lbs for the swing arm. i have upgraded the tire swing spindle again. this time to the 4x4 labs setup, and it is heavy duty. beefier than comp 4x4 1750 setup, with bigger bearings and a agricultural type bearing seal. i moved the swing stop to behind the swing arm. i am making the top plate extend 2 more inches into the back of truck to close up the gap. and lastly the bumper is a 100% bolt on no welding of side protector landing plates required, it bolts on similiar to a slee design using the resonator mount and 12mm captured nuts on bottom of frame. it is constructed of 1/4" angle, and 3/8" x 2" flat bar. used 2 grd 8 7/16" bolts on each side.

Hell yeah! Another Sean custom bumper. Sean, a few weeks and I am going for the jerry can/basket swing out to add to my bumper! Keep up the good work bro!

Awesome bumper. Awesome price!

Curious if you could integrate the receiver hitch into the main bumper tube rather than below it? Am I missing something with what's behind the bumper that would interfere, or is it just for strength that it's tied in below the main bumper tube? Is there room to move the tire carrier angle/stop piece left or right to allow it to allow receiver to go right in the middle?

Not bashing it, just wondering if it's possible. Regardless, you've definitely got this one nailed for the money. Great work!

new reciever location and side hoops

moved reciever to middle of bumper. i think it should be a little stronger and better ground clearance.

Looks nice..i like it

I like the side wings. Do/can you make a configuration with a tire swingout, 3-jerry can holder, and hi-lift mount similar to the hanna bumper? Just to clarify, this bumper does not need to have the frame rail cut?

Looks great!

moved reciever to middle of bumper. stronger and better clearance. and put these side hoops on. i can also make a bike rack that bolts to the center of the tire mount.

Oooh looks like Derick is getting a new bumper!

I just noticed you are able to keep the resinator on the exhaust unlike the Hanna Bumper that has basically skid plates to the bottom of the frame rails.

The arm over support must really cut down on weight. But how do you attach that arm to the frame rails? What type of hardware or is it welded?

Mark, that is Kovsky's rig. Remember, I have a Lexus :flipoff2:. He went with the blacked out FJ rims as well. Also, I went with the 4x4 Labs bumper.

Sean,
That bumper is evolving nicely. I really like the hitch relocation and the added side wings.

:censor::doh::o:rolleyes: How could I forget.....

Both of you have kick A$$ rigs and I am jealous and trying to keep up with you ballers! :grinpimp:

Sean, your upgraded design to the bumper is making mine look crappy. Looks really good with the wing on the side.

x2 maybe I can sell mine and get one of the new design ones. Looking really good. Or ask for those hoops to be welded up to mine :grinpimp:

To answer the question about lighting on spare license mount, I bough a LED strip license plate light that bolts right up to the plate using existing hardware. I tapped in to the rear lights and bam. Another godd place for power is the OE license lighting.

I had my resinator still on thanks to Sean's creative mounting. He mounted the exhaust side similar to the Slee I think.

Great job Sean!!

Awesome!

Hey Sean, that bumper looks amazing. Any way i could get one Shipped to Albuquerque? How much would you be looking at for the new design? Definitely my favorite of all the ones i have seen. Keep up the great work.

Sean, thanks for the bumper. Looks great, has some nice features, and is relatively light weight... Oh ya, it is pretty inexpensive too! Tough to beat those requirements...

I'll post up some more pics once I get the tire mounted up there and the bike carrier attached.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAN, WHEN WILL YOU BE WILLING TO SHIP THESE?!? Really nice work Sean, I'm definitely still interested.

Sean,
just sent you a PM. Thanks.
